Please provide a valid and accessible server invite when ordering. Refunds or replacements cannot be provided for invalid/expired invites, Apply to Join servers, or servers our accounts cannot access.
Please ensure our boosting accounts are not removed by you, your staff, or security/anti-raid bots. Boosts removed as a result cannot be replaced.
addionally please ensure any anti-nuke or security bot (such as Wick or Flantic) that may remove unverified bots is disabled before use. If the bot is kicked immediately after the key is used, we can provide one replacement key only, containing the remaining number of joins.
(If an issue occurs on our end, such as missing or incomplete boosts, we will gladly resolve it at 0 additional cost)
Accidental overpayments through Crypto, PayPal, Stripe, or other payment methods will be treated as a donation, unless otherwise agreed beforehand.
